External Credential Service for GitHub
The GitHub - Gold Credential program is offering access to GitHub to our external partners.

In order to access this application, a user must obtain a digital credential. This credential, in the form of a One Time Password (OTP), allows the GitHub Secure Access Credential to uniquely identify each user. The process of obtaining the digital credential is called credentialing.
